Refund Requests If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 2 days of receiving your cake. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions: The cake was not made according to the agreed-upon specifications (e.g., flavor, decoration, size). The cake was visibly damaged upon pickup or delivery. There is a verified issue with freshness or taste due to a production error. All refund requests must be accompanied by photo evidence and a description of the issue. The cake must be returned (fully or partially) for evaluation if requested. Non-Refundable Situations We cannot offer refunds for: Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong delivery date or spelling errors on the cake). Changes in preference after the order is completed. Cakes that have been consumed significantly (more than 25%). Requests submitted after 2 days from the date of receipt. Custom cakes for events that were canceled for reasons unrelated to our service. Replacement Option Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement cake of equal value instead of a refund. Replacement requests are subject to scheduling availability.
